Quicken is intuitive and very functional. I love the fact that I can bring everything into Excel when preparing my taxes. I have used the product for years and have a number of rentals. The ability to split expenditures and deposits between categories is extremely helpful.

Long time Quicken User
I have been using Quicken for a good many years. I was hesitant about the new Quicken that requires an annual license but it keeps track of my investments just fine. Can't say I like the price though.

Have been using for so many years
Have been using for so many years, since the very early 80's. Have tracked all my stock trading activity, real estate investments, everything I do in great detail. Great reporting for tax preparation as well. Would never consider using any other accounting system for my personal business.
