I’ve been using Quicken for many years…
I’ve been using Quicken for many years and I’m satisfied with the level of help to keep my finances in order. Quicken updates are very helpful and every time I contacted them I always received the help I needed.

It is easy to use, and the reports option is quite useful. It is expensive to update every year, but seems to be worth the extra expense.

My satisfaction with Quicken: quality, support and update practices
Quality, support, and update practices. Why I'm very satisfied with Quicken. The financial services & tax environments, and technology, are not static, au contraire, they are in continuous change. Keeping your products aligned is a mindblowing operation, as you have to factor in your enormous users' portfolio interests and preferences in the crosshairs to successfully manage change. I recognize Quicken's efforts to satisfy its users and have been using your products for more than 25 years.
