Continuous improvement and responsiveness to customer needs.
Quicken seems attuned to customer needs by making continuous improvements to the application. Just about once a month a product update improves the user experience.

I Wouldn't Be Without It!
I've been using Quicken now for about 10 years, for personal and business, and we rely on it heavily. I love being able to import all my banking transactions, prepare my year-end tax reports and look up anything any time.
