Works as Advertised
I have been using Quicken for the last 10 years, and it has worked as advertised every time. I find the most useful aspect is the ability to maintain all of my financial transactions in a single place. This gives me a complete picture of my financial health and upcoming obligations. It would be difficult for me to lose this functionality.

Tax plans.
I use it primarily for keeping track of expenditures. It is an easy way to create a list for my accountant to make out my tax papers. It is especially handy for that.

Down loading from banking institutions
Down loading from banking institutions. I really like that we can download our tractions from credit cards and bank account to the registrar without having to manually put them in.
