Long-time user. Love it!
I have been using Quicken for over 25 years. There were rough patches with bugs, duplicate transactions, and slow online updates, but in the past few years, the product has constantly improved. The transaction downloads are now reliable and fast, and new features are added regularly. I use it every day to see what I have to spend for the rest of the month, and happily rely on it!

Quicken have knowledgeable and patient aides
I have used Quicken’s knowledgeable and patient service employees twice in the last year and they explained very patiently while they took over my computer and got me back on track Thanks Quicken employees

The periodic updates on new features
The periodic updates on new features, benefits etc. make me feel that you are listening and taking suggestions. from idea to practical implementation. The quality of upgrades seemed to have improved greatly (go Testers!!!!). Much less buggy.

I've been using Quicken for over 10…
I've been using Quicken for over 10 years and find it to be a very comprehensive and enlightening application. It has been a very stable platform for most of this time. Once in 10 years has the application given me difficulties. It was my fault, I attempted to use a 3rd party cloud to serve as my backup destination. That turned out to be a bad move. Other than that...Quicken backup protocols are top notch.

I have been a user of Quicken for many years, and I would be lost without it. I am very satisfied with how the program works, and one time my computer completely crashed and I had to get a new one. Your Tech person helped me get all my records back and got me back in running order in a short amount of time. I was so thankful for her help.

It makes tax time so much easier to just print a report and have all your info there. It is also helpful if you want to return something to be able to find it in Quicken.
