I have used Quicken for over 10 years - great for budgeting
I have used Quicken for over 10 years. I have a detailed budget that allows be to manage the flow of money between accounts when the funds are needed. I can prdict expenditures well in advance and ensure all my bills are paid on time and there are no unauthorized transactions on my accounts.

I have been using Quicken for over 20 years! This is how I keep my financial records in tune and my check register updated. Easy to provide info to my tax consultant.

Split categories are remembered in the drop down
The company updated its software last year so that a SPLIT entry for a credit card payment would be remembered in a drop down for that credit card and the amounts per category could be updated very easily. I appreciate that effort because it makes categorizing a large credit card ill so much easier
