So easy
So easy, I do not even use a check book. I know there are lots of things like budget ect that you can use with the program. I am 63 and do not have to worry just login do down load and make sure what everthing I bought is there if not add it. The program clears it when it comes into bank

Download accounts from different banks
It's been easy to download from my different banks and reconcile my accounts. Unfortunately, when my credit union did an overhaul of its system and changed everything with the online & bank services they did not include Quicken and I could no longer download my accounts. I no longer use those accounts much because of this.

The individual who provided customer…
The individual who provided customer worked tirelessly trying to solve my issue. She was most courteous and patient. Although at the end of the session it appeared that the problem was not resolved, later with restarting my computer the issue was resolved. Obviously, the validation and other thing she led me through worked. Although I have used Quicken for many years this was my first experience with customer support and that experience was superb.

Love Quicken!
Love Quicken!! Ease of use, connection with my bank is excellent, and it keeps me straight with my spending.
