I use Quicken Renters Business and Personal program for my business. This have been a good fit for what we do in the Rental Property business and our personal finances for Income Tax purposes

A happy Quicken subscriber…
I have been a happy Quicken subscriber for many years. It is important that I be up to date on a daily basis with my finances and Quicken has enabled this to happen. Competent telephone support and remote assistance is important to me and this too is provided. When away from my desktop the mobile app mirrors the detail from the last sync from my desktop. This product has served me very well.

I tried other "money software"
As a many year Quicken user, I balked when Quicken went to a subscriptions plan. I bought and used other "money" programs. They proved to be vastly inferior and I abandoned them. Like it or not, I am a Quicken subscriber.

Quicken does not save time recording info, but it excels at giving you useful info about that data
Quicken doesn't save time entering data but excels at giving back reports about that data.
