I have been using Quicken since the early 1990's
I have been using Quicken since the early 1990's to maintain my financial and personal records. I find the program easy to use, and rely on the company to update as the need requires. My only complaint is that the portfolio view has a limit on the number of accounts to around 500, and over the years, with many investments, this has become a problem for me.

Setting up a report
Sometimes I have trouble printing up the report I am after. Setting up a report is not intuitive. But all else is very good.

History of special purchases
Having been a user of quicken for many years, the best thing has been being able to look back and find when I last paid a certain house expense; roof maintenance, septic cleaning, kitchen remodeling, etc. Using categories for every expenditure and budgeting helps keep me quickly see where I've over spent and why! I couldn't make my finances with Quicken.

Constant improvements and responsive to customer suggestions make this program better each time I use it. I am not a power user by any stretch, but the program does exactly what I need.
