My five star rating was an error t should have been only two, I since writing that was able to get through to a very able lady whos wasa able to correct my problems, I would give her 3-4 stars
Something has been changed with the latest updates and I can no longer open my current records, instead it goes to accounts that have been closed and are inactive for years. In addition I can not find a phone number to call for assistance. How do I eliminate these old ecords?

It is a great program and a time saver.
I have been using quicken since the late 80's. I bought it then because is was reasonably priced for the purpose I needed and there are too many qualities to name why I continue to use it. But just to name one the older I get the more I need help in remembering all the accounting that's needed to be done to run a house hold. I initially purchased it for a job that I required it for and continue to use it every day. I will say it is easier to use. When I first used it you needed an add on ...
