A Real Person
First, I didn't understand that with the annual membership, I would actually get to speak to a real person so I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't just directed into a menu of options to listen to recordings. The representative I spoke with was very kind and patient. He repeated instructions that I didn't understand and in a matter of a few minutes I had the help I needed.

The Traditional Desktop App is Quicken's Best Feature
Thankfully, Quicken hasn't tried to eliminate the traditional desktop app and the user's complete control over the datafile. Should that ever happen, it will be a colossally stupid move and will ensure the end of this 30+ year Quicken user's support of and relationship with the company.

It does everything I want
It does everything I want, which is does the math for me, allows me to search for payees, categories my expenses, provides a memorized payee list with a reminder feature, and probably a few other niceties that I may not even notice.
