I have use Quicken for many years
I have use Quicken for many years. We also use it at our confernce of the Society St. Vincent de Paul. It works well and does exactly what is needed for both applications.

Peace of mind!
I have Quicken set up to download all the transactions from all of my accounts which means I know exactly where my money is. I never miss a bill, bounce a check or, have my card rejected standing in line at the gas station.

Tags are crucial for my use
I maintain the accounts of a small nonprofit arts organization with multiple funding sources reserved for specific programs. Other funds are non-dedicated so accurate tracking of funds is imperative. I was able to adapt tags to accomplish that and it has worked well for generating reports for funders as well as internal management for 13 years. Sometimes it's the simple elements that are the most important and useful.

Easy to use and keep track of expenses
Easy to use and keep track of expenses. Good reports. Great to integrate with Turbo tax. Great for importing for my credit cards and banking transactions.

Long time use of Quicken
Long time use of Quicken. Recently moved from MS to Apple and the program is even better and continues to improve.
