Great Service
I believe the Quicken Rep's name was Otto. He was extremely patient and helpful due to my lack of computer knowledge and skills. He had the answers and additional information, in order to respond to my questions and needs. I was looking for information to make the decision to continue with my Quicken service or look for a different vendor. I do not need to use additional Quicken's information services that are offered. Makes taxes a breeze
Over the years it seems to be getting easier to use, but maybe that's just because I'm gaining experience. I'm a pretty casual user, mainly using it to keep track of expenses for tax season. Makes the tax job quicker.

Years of Quicken
I love having a record of all my purchases and receipts all together. I've had Quicken for years and it only gets better. Besides when it comes to tax time, everything is there.
