Support is helpful.
I like being able to call support and talk to a person. I assume we can still do that. It’s been a while. Also, it’s helpful if you let us know there is a problem and it gets fixed on the next update.

Have used it for close to 20 years
Have used it for close to 20 years. Couldn’t keep track of everything without it. Appreciate the constant updating and improvements, although I probably don’t use half the features. Always get answers the few times I’ve had to call in.
