Very happy with Quicken!!
I do not have a complicated financial situation and so I do not use all that is available. Yet in the past I did use more. During that time I found assistance very professional and helpful when needed, every time.

I really find it helpful at tax time
I really find it helpful at tax time. Just printing up reports makes the job easier to gather data.

Long time Quicken user
I have been using Quicken for many years. I can reconcile our bank accounts and be sure that our information is accurate. When it comes time to do the taxes, I can export a report into excel that allows me to order the data needed to complete our tax return.

Problems with Quicken
Bugs are still not fixed. Downloads formats from my bank are not supported by Quicken. Downloads from banks are using the .dat format, quicken is a .QIF format. Can Quicken add the .dat format as an import option? Have sent several trouble reports to quicken, no responds.
