Ease of use, flexibility, reports
I have found Quicken to be very easy to use and intuitive. The ability to use tags to compile reports makes the software flexible and informative. The memo feature allows the user to make additional notes for future reference.

I have been using Quicken since 2014
I have been using Quicken since 2014. I live in Alaska and own rental property in California. I keep up to date on entering my information. Then Quicken helps me when tax time comes to provide reports of expenditures, taxes, income, etc. for both states. Unfortunately I need a new computer because my 2014 computer is obsolete.
