Use Quicken!
I have been with quicken for home finances for over 20 years, and find them reasonable, timely and reassuring. I have worked with Quickbooks as treasurer in various non-profits and have had similar experiences. they are available to help when (anytime) I call and knowledgeable. they've walked me through bank connections. I've been using Quicken for 30+ years
I've been using Quicken for 30+ years. I also been using other Intuit products for the same period. Intuit has always provided excellent support no matter what my problem or situation.

Couldn't do Without it!
I have used Quicken for many years as my finances are somewhat complicated. I could not do without it. Also it is of invaluable help when I am doing my income taxes.
