Downloading transactions is a big pluss
The ability to download all transactions and match up my entries with the bank's entries helps keep all things sync'd and when I do my monthly balancing of my books with the bank's books, it only takes me a couple of min verses the time it took me prior to using Quicken. I would recommend this program for everyone!

Our Quicken Experiences
I have been using Quicken since it first came out back in the 1980s I think. I would be lost without it. I keep track of all my financial accounts and post them (update) daily. Checking savings credit cards household assets, everything. I use Quicken reports to assist in doing my taxes. Because I follow my finances so closely on Quicken, I have been able to prevent attempted frauds against us. I have not contacted Quicken support so do not have any experience with them.

I've used Quicken for so many years
I've used Quicken for so many years, I can't remember when I started. It's easy to use. The reports are easy to generate for tax season purposes. The updates always add something useful.

The program has been easy to work with
The program has been easy to work with. Notably, any updates that have come online have not removed any of the functionality I have become used to. Although there's always a way for someone to do something nefarious with your data, I've felt comfortable with Quicken's built-in security.

Quicken is the centerpiece of our family financial management systems. We find it invaluable in keeping track of our expenses and interfacing with all of our credit cards and banks. We also utilize the budgeting function within the application to establish and track our family budget to the year. It is very helpful to be able to compare actual to budget to plan for the future.
