I have been a Quicken user for over 15 years. In the last two years Quicken has made improvements that really make it the "Gold Standard" especially for home and small business accounting.

Very good for a very long time
For 25 years, Quicken has enabled me to organize my finances and investments, and those of a few relatives and friends. It is easy to reconcile bank statement, credit card statements, and investment account statements, and to track cash expenditures and personal assets.
