The support provided to resolve my…
The support provided to resolve my issues. It would be nice if “ALL” your support personnel could speak fluent English. Also a change could be made to your program to support “forgot my password” more user friendly. The last two people i spoke to were outstanding and walked me thru the issues. The verification code feature needs the time to be extended. It times out before the e-mail notification is received and can be inputted.
