I have used Quicken for many years and like knowing that I can find out anything I need to know about in my accounts. I has been transferred to my laptop when we are travelling and then back to my desktop when we return.

Easy to create reports within seconds.
Quicken is the easiest bookkeeping system to learn and use. It produces reports to fit whatever info you are trying to capture...whether one payment or several. It is very versatile.

It's a great product to organize accounts and fiances. The annual price increases are too steep and should be cut back or eliminated.

Customer service interactions always positive
Short wait time to speak with representative who was knowledgeable and committed to give me full information about my issue which could not be resolved because it is a Quicken/Marcus Goldman Sachs problem.

I've used quicken for well over a decade.
I've used quicken for well over a decade. It's easy to use, does what I want to do. I used to upgrade every 2 years, but now with subscription only, I must upgrade annually (with frequent updates). I don't prefer the subscription, but will tolerate it for the great software.
