It's a great product to organize accounts and fiances. The annual price increases are too steep and should be cut back or eliminated.

Easy to create reports within seconds.
Quicken is the easiest bookkeeping system to learn and use. It produces reports to fit whatever info you are trying to capture...whether one payment or several. It is very versatile.

Investment tracking by ticker symbol is very useful. Downloading credit card transactions is also helpful.

I've used quicken for well over a decade.
I've used quicken for well over a decade. It's easy to use, does what I want to do. I used to upgrade every 2 years, but now with subscription only, I must upgrade annually (with frequent updates). I don't prefer the subscription, but will tolerate it for the great software.

Doesn't really support Linux systems natively
I "like" Quicken, I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't have a native Linux version, but it runs will using Crossover
