Quicken uploaded all my old Quicken…perfect
Quicken uploaded all my old Quicken files immediately. That was really helpful. I didn’t have to restore them myself.

Easy to use and I use it almost daily…
Easy to use and I use it almost daily to keep track of my bills and income. The best thing is being able to download transactions from my credit cards and bank and since remembers previous transactions the category is automatically assigned.

Financial completeness!
I like the updates that the software does, to keep it upgraded. The way I use it keeps me to the penny for all my income and debts and allows me to decide what I can buy with my bank account and all of my other savings, bonds and our IRA accounts. It keeps me steady with my finances.

Great Financial Management Tool
I have been using Quicken for about thirty years. It is a great tool for guiding me in my expenses and managing my household bills. Support is very knowledgeable and friendly. Updates are done frequently to improve and/or correct the software. One suggestion would be an easier way to jump to the views screen (projected balances, pie chart with expenses…) from a screen detailing an account. Maybe I just haven’t discovered it. Downloading transactions
After 2 years, Citibank & Bank of America were finally able to download my transactions into Quicken so I no longer have to do that manually!

I just like the way it works
I just like the way it works. One minor problem is closing out old year end transactions. It is a great way to track income and expenses. I do not use all the options that are available (like investment tracking or IRA withdrawals).
