I Have Control
Not only is Quicken a lifesaver during tax time, and a great way to analyze investments, but for me the greatest benefit is that I determine how detailed I want to be in categorizing, and reporting on, my expenditures.

I noticed that they have improved…
I noticed that they have improved Quicken and fixed the problems I was having with it. Like freezing pages in the site, or features that would not open at all, where I would have to close and open it again to get it to work.

I have used Quicken for 30+ years, and it has consistently gotten better. I really like its ease-of-use and the ability to customize it.

Many flexible analysis tools.
I like how I can click to granular details in reports. I like the wide variety of ways to customize reports, displays for analysis and finding problems

The agent who assisted me was just…
The agent who assisted me was just awesome. I had a navigation concern regarding Reports - I was prepping my income tax - I gave him entry to my Mac and in a very short time solved my problems...and taught me several valuable navigation strategies!! Made my day. Thanks again. I"m not sure of the date...around 2 weeks ago.

Lightening fast recalculation
Lightening fast recalculation. Great integration of functions. Simple, clear, and useful labeling. I don’t use or need most of the added bells and whistles, but cannot imagine managing my finances without Quicken.
