Management of the budget for over a year in advance.
I manage my budget by entering all the monthly bills, paychecks, savings amounts, and occasional bills such as oil changes, birthday expenses, etc. for over a year in advance. I clearly see where all the money goes. I can import expenses into TurboTax too.
