Pricey and proud
The product is great, but I really don't think it is worth the extra money that you now charge. Like most companies, once you get a customer in a situation where they are dependent on your application, you really take advantage. According to my records, your price has increased over 75 percent in the last 3 years.

Transition to retirement
I have used Quicken for about 15 years in my private practice. Now that I am retired, I needed to change some of my account information. (I canceled my old email and had difficulty accessing my account) There was little to no wait before a Customer Service person answered, and then walked me through the solution.

I have been using Quicken for a very long time. I renew every year, this year the Brian I talked to was able to make it easy. He had very good English skills and I could understand him very well. He was very friendly. I will continue to use Quicken as it is easy to keep track of savings and spending.
