Customer service to the rescue!
I'd missed my renewal date without realizing it since I was d along with a medical decision at the time and everything was botched up. Customer service was absolutely fantastic in helping me sort it out and get me rolling once again! Which was a lifesaver since I'd not yet pulled my tax info together!! Triple save!

Ease of use
Ease of use. Have however, strong dislike for this years Turbo Tax. The new version brings nothing to the user and diminishes confidence. This was not a win for you.
