How sincere the employees are at Quicken. The two young men I spoke made a big effort to explain to me on how to help me on my Mac to best explain how to communicate.
It took 2 young men to explain the the process. I was confused on the first situation because it was not clear that I needed to specify that I was using a Mac. They were both so patient. I believe they put much effort to assist me.

Product works well
This product has worked very well for me....my main complaint is that I can no longer download to my hard drive the complete program, and my info is held captive if I unsubscribe.

I'm a long long time Quicken user
I'm a long long time Quicken user. Switching to Simplifi was easy and has been a game changer for time and platform. I love not having to install new software and updates. The price is reasonable and I have all the information I need at my fingertips on any OS. Well done Quicken!

I've used Quicken since the early 90's. That in itself, is a testament, to its effective tracking of my expenses, investments and management.
