Quicken - My Choice For Years
I started using Quicken many years ago because it was then offered by the same developer as QuickBooks which I was using for my company. I have never had an issue with any of the updates and like how user friendly it is. I have had very few reasons to call customer service but when I have my issues were always handled promptly, patiently and courteously.

I use Quicken for income and expense tracking. Also, at eoy I use it for income tax preparation. Works perfect.
