I need to know the renewal amount a…
I need to know the renewal amount a week before the cost is charged to my account. This year I saw the message with the amount and three seconds later that amount went on my charge card. Such tactics are very bad business practice. Should I not receive at least a week's notice as to the cost of the subscription, I will cancel my service with you.
