Using Quicken for over 30 years
We've been using Quicken for over 30 years to manage all of our household expenses and investments. Comprehensive, helpful tools, good service. Sometimes things are buggy, esp in the area of automatic downloads from various remote accounts. However, overall very satisfied.

I’m a novice
I’m a novice with Quicken and do not use it to its full potential, but when I have had trouble with some area, Quicken was always very helpful working and helping me through whatever I had trouble with.

Simple home use only.
I use the starter edition just to keep track of income and outgo. And to reconcile my credit union accounts each month. I do not use it to actively manage my finances via the internet.
