Love Quicken
Been using Quicken for personal use for years,love the product to help keep track of all bank accounts, credit cards and investment accounts! Love the ability to download transactions from bank and credit card companies. Makes monthly statements a breeze to reconcile.

The representative I spoke with…was excellent. She provided me with a discounted price on my renewal when initially the renewal price was almost 2 times the amount.
The representative I spoke with (Astrid) was excellent. I provided her with my issue which was Quicken's renewal price was too expensive. Astrid was able to give me an excellent deal on my yearly renewal. There should be better prices for existing customers if Quicken wants to continue keeping us customers loyal.

Easy to renew
Easy to renew, Quicken offers many features I don’t need and I wish there a basic version. However, I still love the program
