Quicken is reliable and trustworthy
I have been using this software for over 20 years it's been a very dependable method to keep up with with personal finances and be able to produce reports especially at tax time but also look things up with ease as well as bank accounts Etc the the software does its job with excellence I've noticed an improvement since it's no longer owned by Intuit. I assume that the yearly fees make it more likely that technical support can be much improved on a Timely basis I appreciate this excellent product

It's easy to use
It's easy to use, and my checking account is always in balance. I can sort by payees, which comes in handy at tax time. You can't do that with a paper check register.

I had problems as other did with reconciling after updates in Quicken and my bank. I was delighted that my concerns were addressed and resolved. I am pleased to continue with this service. It is so relevant to help review my account for any potential fraud from unknown sources.

I have used Quicken for many years to keep track of our expenses and incomes. It has been easy to use and offers many different ways to look at your expenses and income. It also has a nice way to print checks. You can reconcile each account.

A well-oiled machine
Before Quicken was sold off, I had been a customer for over a decade already but every couple of years I would run into some technical issue and would have to contact support to resolve it. Sometimes the resolution was quick but sometimes it was not. I am a software engineer by trade so I am well versed in technology so it was quite frustrating when the resolution was not quick. Ignoring Calendar cell popup
I love Quicken but the only thing I hate is that popup over the calendar cells when I move my mouse over the cells looking for something. It's completely useless as I can just read the the cell below. Have no idea when the popup was added. I found what maybe was my very first receipt, Order Number: QST1495813071, Date: 04-13-2005 EDIT: now found 2002 Deluxe order.
