I only use the banking register part of Quicken. It helps me keep an accurate account of my banking. I like being able to reconcile my account online.

Pseudo-calendar of recurring expenditures
I have used Quicken as not only a register for checks (automatic payments, eChecks & paper), but as a periodic tracker for scheduled payments for monthly, semi-annual, annual, bi-annual for renewals of subscriptions or services; e.g. Quicken annual renewals against credit card (post amount in Memo/Notes with $0 shown in payments. Provides an easy reminder of upcoming recurring expenses.

Tech help
when i screwed things up a couple times i called the tech people and not only did they fix the problem i had caused but they were very patient with me I'm 83 and not to tech savvy but did there job in a professional manner. Its good to know that quicken has the people with the answers. Thanks

I have been using quicken for more than…30 years
I have been using quicken for more than 30 years I really like it. Just fix the date on the desktop because when I enter a transaction date automatically shows the current day the program always take me to the wrong date also on the phone you need to add the action tab otherwise I really like it
