The representative at Quicken patiently…
The representative at Quicken patiently and intensely search to find what the problem was- It had to be worked on numerous times and cleared and re-entered until everything could be synced properly with the banking institution- Once that was done, everything worked very nice and gave me the ability to do what I need- I would highly recommend this individual for his work thank you very much, Richard

I have used Quicken for many years
I have used Quicken for many years, at least 20 years. I always know what my balance is. I also put in regularly scheduled payments so I can look ahead and make sure I will have enough funds to cover until next deposit. I really like the ability to download from my bank.

I have used Quicken for years and love…
I have used Quicken for years and love the software. Also, anytime I have a problem and need tech support, the representatives are well trained and help correct my problem or teach me something new.

Appreciate the simplicity of use
Appreciate the simplicity of use. However, would appreciate a simpler system for user who is retired and doesn't need or require all the bells and whistles.

Easy to track finances with Quicken
Quicken is the only program that I've found that feels totally like a checkbook register, only better bc it's so much easier to stay totally up-to-date and reconciled. I only wish there was a version of the checkbook register without the stock and mortgage tracking abilities.

I have been a Quicken (and Quickbooks)…
I have been a Quicken (and Quickbooks) user for over 20 years. I have accounting background and find it easy to use. I haven't had many occasions to contact support. Technical support has been satisfactory but the agents do not seem to understand accounting questions. I have recommended Quicken to a number of people.
