budget categories
I use Quicken to collate spending from various accounts and different categories. It makes annual budget preparation easy. It also collects tax deductible items quickly. Renewal is automatic if I keep the credit card date current. I can change the display from one line to two lines per item. I often use my snipping tool to choose what lines to print.

Easy to use
Easy to use, everything in one program. It looks just like my check register, and updating transactions is a breeze. Creating spending reports is very simple, overall very easy to use.
