Great product but users need to understand the errors the Q puts in place. These are complicated things that Q does and sometimes the user needs to loose history to get the right account information

Successful Subscrption Renewal after Major Difficulties

I have used Quicken for 30+ years to record and report on our home accounts. In past years, my Quicken annual subscription auto-renewed on its due date. However it did not auto-renew on the latest due date, May 27, 2024. I attempted to renew on-line but was not able to make the renewal. I had a long telephone conversation with a very helpful Quicken employee but, despite a number of attempts, he was not able to make the renewal. Easiest and most affordable way to handle my finances

A few years ago I was trying a competitor of theirs, and during the time I was on hold waiting for assistance to -figure it out, I was able to download Quicken, install it and set up all of my bills. I was thrilled with the ease of setting up accounts, scheduling transactions and let's not forget a massive cost difference. Great product that gives me just what I need. Thank you!

Have been a major help for over 15 years

Have been using it for over 15 years. There was just a period when there was no Mac version when i switched to Mac. Hoping there is an iphone mobile app version that links to the Mac desktop so i can update on the go. Nonetheless, will. Continue to enjoy your product.

Happy Quicken Users Since 1991

We started using Quicken in 1991. Since then, we've used it to manage both our home and office checking accounts. We like the simple-user-friendly program and wouldn't consider anything else. I'm now in my 70s, have some vision issues. but am still working 7 days a week. Quicken makes the financial end of running our law practice easy.

Quicken is great for simple money tracking!

The program is easy to use, does everything I want it to, and is always accurate. A great help for me in tracking my money and seeing where it is going!

This is my go to for everything financial in our household. Budgeting is easy, record keeping is extremely easy and thorough and I am able to produce the reports I need for us to plan short and long-term and track everything. Love it!
