Happy Financial Life
I have been using Quicken for 20+ years. I changed from Microsoft Money after reviewing and test using Quicken. It surpassed anything I expected and still is the best and easiest to use. I trust it to keep all of my finances "on my computer" not "in the cloud". As long as they continue to do that they have a very satisfied customer.
