QuickBooks Support Staff are excellent
Spoke to Tracey today who was very helpful in resolving my queries. My experience has always been good speaking to any of the customer services staff as without exception they are polite, patient, professional and very knowledgeable. As a new user having previously used SAGE, they are helping me on the learning curve for QuickBooks

It was good to have some help with setting up my account as it is different from the version I used in the past. It looks like I shall be able to upload my income data via spreadsheet to the account. Thanks!

Best customer care ever!
Their customer care line is so unbelievably helpful. They are always patient with me and I am not on hold for long either. As someone who used to use Xero… I would now never go back. Quickbooks’s are the best!

Once again Outstanding Customer Services
I have issue with Payroll and I knew I am going to get good help from Quickbooks based on previous experiences. This time Sandra who help was Amazing. Good knowledge of the Quickbooks, excellent with communication and assisted more than I asked for. Another Amazing experience from Quickbooks team.

Had a great call from an accountant…
Had a great call from an accountant couldn’t be happier, helped me get my account sorted and rectified previous stuff i had done(not properly) and was so sweat, couldn’t recommend more
