Very kind and approachable
Very kind and approachable. Rachelle walked me through the different operations and waited until I practiced a few of them. The screen sharing and free training is very good and definitely a shortcut to the many videos (also helpful) especially when human error makes for questions you don't know yet we have. Would definitely recommend.
