Firstly it was very nice not to be…
Firstly it was very nice not to be confronted by an endless set of phone options when the call was answered which lead to quickly being put through to a person - much appreciated. The Adviser listened to my problem and quickly assessed that the problem was beyond her level of expertise and so transferred me to the relevant call handler. This person was very knowledgeable and soon sourced the problem and a solution to it and together we proceeded to rectify it. Extemely pleased with the outcome.

I was having difficulty in filing the VAT Return
I was having difficulty in filing the VAT return due to authorisation issues with HMRC. Mohammed Jay offered me tremendous help in resolving the issues. He called me back several times as he has the case history. He went the extra mile to resolve the problem. I could not thank him enough. Very kind person to deal with. Many thanks.

Brilliant Customer Service
I've been using Quickbooks in the background for a while now, but since I sacked my incompetant accountant, I have taken complete control. The only problem is I had no idea what I was doing when it came to Payroll. I booked a 45 minute onboarding lesson and have to say what a wonderul experience.
