Friendly and very helpful service - thank you!
I phoned for support in identifying why duplicate entries appeared on my account resulting an what would have been an incorrect VAT submission. The adviser was very helpful in answering my queries and spent time to speak to other technicians to ensure the correct advise was provided to me. He was patient and dealt with me in a friendly manner understanding my frustration. Whilst the call was longer than I expected, it was worth the wait to clear up my issues.
