Really helpful and knowledgeable technical care agent
The technical customer care agent really helped me with a problem I had receiving partial invoice payments, payments that do not match because of bank charges, and inter-currency transfers. She showed me how easy it actually is and went through it with me a few times to make sure I got it. Thank you very much!

Reconciling converted data
Nigel was patient in assisting me ensure that my recently converted data was correct. Although a VERY experienced Quickbook user, I am new to the online version which I do not find intuitive, so his advice was very welcomed. The conversion had failed to convert Sales Receipts which affected my VAT liability and I had been unable to correct the problem without his assistance.
