leaving QB desktop
Customer services great in helping me achieve what I needed to do today .Due to support for desktop coming to end of life in June 2023 I have stopped my subscription. Customer service representive explained the situation i would be in and offered help if i should ned it in teh future

So far so good
So far so good. Brilliant onboarding service to help me learn the Quickbooks basics. The subscription price is reasonable and it's more straight forward to use than I was expecting. The after-care support is on-going, so I'm confident that if I have any issues in the future, someone will be able to help quickly
