Jack was very knowledgable and helpful. The first operator was not but I left the call satisfied that he did all he could to resolve the issue and although he could not resolve the issue, he did work with me to come up with a work around that we will be using.

Good Onboarding Session
Changed call to Zoom so we could have a group call. Representative very helpful and keen to address our concerns so our needs were addressed and was very patient dealing with our technical issues...Clearly explained support going forward.

QuickBooks....... Not the easiest programme to get your head around. But the customer service is excellent. I left a message for a call back and got one within 3 minutes. Lisa was very helpful and got me to where I needed to be.

Imarnie (I think that was her name) was absolutely excellent! I had a bit of a tricky problem and had got nowhere with a previous agent (he had no idea what he was doing), but she actually read my comments properly and understood exactly what the issue was. She conferred with her 2nd tier colleagues and very quickly had a fix for me that worked! She is a star :)
