Rescued from a posting mistake
As a relatively new user I made some errors in posting a transaction and the UK based support helpline (Ted Richardson) was able to resolve my issue quickly - as well as providing some ideas on how to avoid making the same mistake again.

Reasonably short wait for the call to be answered, the call handler / technician Sai was fluent on the technical aspects of the software. Resolved the issue efficiently. One call to resolve the problem

Datswitching et al
I got an way fforward with my dataswitching issue. We then had a conversation about various issues with in your payroll software and why I don't use it. Issues with VAT recording why can't the match feature match to box 5 or atleast paydown the box 5 figure through find a match. Why do you change the VAT data "Autoentry" has extracted correctly so that it then doesn't match to the transaction in the bank feed.
