I had a very good experience with QuickBooks today. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to go through the problem with me and was very patient. My query was resolved and I am one happy customer. I would definitely recommend QuickBooks for any SME looking for accounting software to use for payroll, accounts production and VAT.

Aljandro was very helpful with my Payroll queries.
Had a couple of issues with my understanding of how to use Payroll. Was able to arrange a one to one call with Aljandro who shared my screen and walked me through the process. He was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable with my questions. If he was unsure he was able to find out. Very happy with the help I received today. Thank you :)
