Rang the helpline twice (10 mins apart) with the same problem... first chap wasn't terribly helpful, second person was brilliant. Shared my screen and she was able to spot exactly what the issue was and she helped get everything resolves

Quickbooks makes doing my accounts so much easier, it is easy to understand and if you get a problem, being able to request a call back from a human who quickly gets to the nub of your problem and helps you to resolve it is great and well worth the subscription fee.
