Quality service from the QB technician today
I couldn't open the Quickbook account today and I contacted QB's technical team. The technician was very patient and explored all the options to relocate the company file, we did find one, but it were 2019's invoices in it. Then I had to go out to a GP appointment and arranged the technician to call me back at 3pm. He did call me at the exact time and we continue to search the right file, we went to my PC and search for *QBW, and we wait for nearly an hour, eventually, the correct company ...

Intuit is a great program for…
Intuit is a great program for accounting and bookkeeping. I have a small business (just me) and I find this program fantastic. When the help guide cannot help me there’s always the community or chat to reach out to. Jessica was so helpful in my recent issue. She was patient, friendly and helped me resolve my issue in real time. Highly recommend this program

Loads less expensive than previous…
Loads less expensive than previous Sage. Not quiet as extensive but does everything most businesses need including multicurrency, stock lists etc. Excellent after sales service, most calls dealt with promptly by knowledgeable experts. IMO really good package and excellent service especially in the early weeks while learning the package.
