Andrea was a great Help!!
Andrea was very pleasant and went through the issues with me in a clear and helpful manner. Although we discovered I had set our pension scheme up correctly in QuickBooks, the issue it was a sync problem with the pension provider. Therefore will now need to speak to them to help rectify.
