I have just moved from QuickBooks Desktop
I have just moved from QuickBooks Desktop to online and my VAT needed sorting as I could not connect to HMRC. I called the helpline and Ashima sorted it all out for me in a very professional manner, including making sure my VAT submission was sent and approved by HMRC.

Berlita the agent who called me for my onboarding session was highly knowledgeable in all the aspects I wanted to cover. At the start of the call she enquired what by business was and if there was anything I particularly wanted to cover in the session. She then explained everything in a straightforward but detailed way. I left the call feeling comfortable in the use of quickbooks.
